Target : 3 Fave Finds

Here are my three fave frugal finds (say that ten times fast) at Target this week...

Coupon files

Technically these are "check files" found in Target's $1 spot, but I am loving the roomy 13 sections these provide for my coupons (can you guess which color I chose?). Price comparison: small coupon accordion files cost around $3.50/each at Walmart. If you need an easy, cheap (and cute) way to carry your coupons to the store, here's your solution.

I bought extras for my coupon classes...that's right, my coupon class attendees get gifts.

I love having supplies like this to pull from for future birthday gifts, birthday party favors, donations, and Christmas stocking/Easter basket stuffers. Buying ahead at back-to-school prices saves you time and money later on.


Bubble Tumblers

If you're a mom of little ones and you haven't heard of Bubble Tumblers yet, this is going to change your life. I'm not even kidding. These amazing contraptions make it almost impossible for children to get that insanely sticky bubble soap anywhere but, well, the air. That's right, mess-a-phobic mamas, say it with me: no more spills. This means your not-so-graceful toddlers can have the joy of bubbles without becoming sticky messes. Which means you can say "yes" to bubbles more often.

You can find Bubble Tumblers on clearance in the toy section in the bins of small outdoor toys. This would be another great birthday party favor.

• Publix store policy allows (most of the time) for "stacking" of 1 Manufacturer's Q and 1 Store Q (Publix OR Competitor Store Q) per item. Using more than this number of coupons on the same item violates store policy.

• If an item is priced at "2 for $4", "3 for $10", etc, you only need to buy 1 item in order to receive the sale price.

**Depending on your individual store's policies regarding competitor coupons and/or coupon stacking**
Remember:

• Publix store policy allows (most of the time) for "stacking" of 1 Manufacturer's Q and 1 Store Q (Publix OR Competitor Store Q) per item. Using more than this number of coupons on the same item violates store policy.
• If you have them, use two coupons for each BOGO deal (one with the "buy one" item, and one with the "get one" item).
• If an item is priced at "2 for $4", "3 for $10", etc, you only need to buy 1 item in order to receive the sale price.
• If you live in a state other than Florida or in West Florida, your Publix probably 1) Doubles coupons and 2) Will allow you to buy only 1 of the BOGO items at 1/2 of the regular price.
• Always ask for a Raincheck if your store is out of a BOGO/Sale item you wanted, and come back later with your coupons.
• Watch the screen during checkout or check your receipt immediately, and remember the Publix Checkout Promise!
• Some regions (usually small towns) do not receive all of the newspaper insert coupons that other regions do. To purchase specific coupons that you need, check out The Coupon Clippers!
