This was an odd week for us - a combination of birthday celebrations (note the chips and ice cream) and stock-up sales (cheap/free butter, salad dressing, and mayonnaise) mean more spending than usual for us. And I'm not done yet, since my coupons from The Coupon Clippers are set to arrive today!

- $4.60 (coupons)
Total Oop: $41.10

Saved 47%
(This percentage will hopefully be much higher once my coupons come in!)

What great deals have you picked up at Publix this week?

I have a question. You said that you hope the total will be lower once your coupons come in. Does that mean you buy items and then take coupons in later to use toward that purchase? I know you buy through coupon clippers. Can you explain what you mean?

Kim F,
Oops, that is a little confusing. I just meant that when my coupons come in I'll be returning to buy more items. The items that I have coupons for are the really great deals (like, 75 - 99% off), so it will up my total percentage saved total. Does that make sense?

By the way, my customer service associates at Publix have been very gracious to me when I forget to present a coupon at checkout, so if you forget to give the cashier a coupon, ask the customer service desk for assistance. They will probably give you a refund for the Q amount.

Thanks for reading!

I haven't seen this deal posted anywhere ( I totally could have missed it!) on Listerine.
There was a $2 off coupon in the Publix insert in the sunday paper and several coupons ($2 off & $.50 off from a couple weeks ago in the SS).
Here's my total:

1L Listerine $5.79 - $2 off publix q & $2 off SS q total $1.79

1L Listerine $5.79 - $2 off publix q & $1 off SS q doubled = total $2.79!

That is the best prices I have seen on Listerine in a while!
