I'm not sure if you know this, but this free bakeware offer comes with a 7-day membership to a third-party company if you choose the $1 shipping. Maybe most people will choose to pay more for S&H but I only discovered it by accident. You are given 7 days to call and cancel your memberhip or your card will be charged on the 7th day and every month thereafter. I see that no one has commented on this post so I wanted to be sure and let everyone know. I believe the free offer is good, but if you choose the $1 shipping, print the page and then call immediately to cancel the membership to the third-party company.
