Thursday: Vegetable Stir Fry with Teriyaki Sauce and Brown Rice
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Grilled Backstrap (venison), Mashed Potatoes**, Lima Beans, Salad
Sunday Lunch: Leftovers
Sunday Supper: Pancake Night!
Can anyone guess the secret (but not for long!) ingredient in my mashed potatoes? I'll post it later today...

Grilled backstrap with mashed potatoes sounds yummy! We like to toss all kinds of things in our mashed spuds (just not all at once :) )....garlic, sour cream, ranch dressing, bacon bits, cheese....
Must be cauliflower!!
