Welcome to My Favorite Things! My favorite thing this week is my Rival Fold 'n Store Griddle. My mom and daddy gave me this griddle for Christmas one year and I am ever so thankful! It is used at least once a week for Pancake Night, but it is also great for bacon, sausage and eggs. I love this thing because it is so easy to use and convenient to store!
Here are some of my favorite features:- Dual control settings: you can cook bacon on one side at one temperature, and pancakes on the other side at another temperature!
- The trays pop right out and meet my #1 test for kitchen products. They are (say it with me, y'all) dishwasher safe.
- The grease tray: it catches the grease from any meat you're cooking, and makes disposal of it really easy. If you're a Paula-type-cook and keep that bacon grease on hand in the freezer for using on greens and other delicious concoctions, this tray makes the job that much easier!
- You can fold it in half, latch it, and store it compactly.

I love my Sonicare electric toothbrush. I had never been one to enjoy brushing my teeth, but now I love to do it! This toothbrush was given to my son by his orthodontist. My son did not like it and did not use it so I thought I'd give it a try. I love baking soda/peroxide toothpaste, too. The combination makes for a wonderful experience.

I have a griddle that I love too!! Mine is older, so sadly it isn't *gasp* dishwasher safe, but I love it unconditionally anyway ;)
After all the trouble I had writing my post today, I just couldn't make myself write another one.
Every Christmas I tell myself I'm going to get myself one of these or ask my DH for one, but I never do. And then when it comes to make pancakes.. I'm wishing I did.
