Grease Stains? No problem!

For me, the worst kind of stain to remove has always been grease stains. When that splattering of grease appeared on a piece of clothing, I silently said goodbye, knowing the chances of wearing it again (stain-free) were slim to none!
Then I stumbled apon this easy and efficient way to remove those pesky stains with something you probably already have on hand. Are you ready? Baby Powder. Yes! Once you've washed the garment as usual (preferably right after the stain appers), sprinkle baby powder over the stain and let it sit for 24 hours. Then launder as usual. Make sure to use regular baby powder - not one with a bunch of added ingredients. This has only failed me with old stains - new ones usually disappear!

Enjoy those stain-free clothes, y'all...

We learned a trick when we moved to FL.

When we're at the beach and ready to go home, we pour baby shower over our feet and legs. It dries up the wet sand and makes it easier to brush off. Very cool and handy.

So you wash it before applying the baby powder? What if you just apply the powder right away and let it sit?
